CNC MACHINIST/2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Accurately set zero; accurately set tool length; start and monitor running of programs; accurately and thoroughly fill out all QC documentation; maintain ways, bearings, and filters
MILL SUPPORT/1 POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Prep urethane foam prior to glassing; manuallAy catalyze and apply resin to seal foam; manually catalyze and drag putty to fill voids; mix pigment into putty; assist spraying foam, chop, or putty; roll sprayed chop to remove voids
PLUG FINISH/6 POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Operate power saws and shop tools; block sand; properly tape off sections of tools for spraying or protection; properly use hand tools; mix and drag putty for patching; properly clean and wax parts and molds
LAMINATION/8 POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Clean Molds; apply release agents; pattern and cut dry fiberglass; apply resin to fiberglass and roll to remove voids under supervision; preparation of components for installation (sanding and grinding); gel-coating experience a definite plus
MARINE ELECTRICIAN/3 POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Perform installation, repair or maintenance of the electrical systems; perform all testing required of the electrical systems; working knowledge of marine regulations pertaining to electrical systems and methods of installation and repair of marine electrical systems; competent in reading engineering drawings and blue prints
RIGGER/4 POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Must be knowledgeable in basic marine 120vac and 12VDC systems; familiar with and able to operate tools associated with electrical systems; ABYC training would be advantageous; must have basic hand and power tool experience; be familiar with marine related consumable products; have working knowledge of lamination techniques for stringer or other deck setting requirements;
Knowledge/Experience using the following tools extremely helpful, the more the better: Tape measure, speed square, power saws, air and electric shop tools, basic carpentry hand tools, paddle rollers, putty knives, sand blocks, trim knives
Physical Requirements: Able to carry and use all tools necessary, lifting from 30 to 75 lbs.; able to work outdoors or in an outdoor environment; able to wear protective clothing (eyeglasses, gloves, clothing, respirator) as required; some positions require that the candidate be clean-shaven due to the required wearing of certain safety gear
Other: Prior experience doing auto body repair helpful; our business is very deadline oriented, therefore punctuality is a must; our business is also very quality oriented, therefore above average attention to detail is a expected.
