The PM will collaborate, partner and direct the cross-functional resources in the areas of sales, marketing, supply chain, pricing, quality and operations. The PM will actively manage the oil and lubricants category throughout its lifecycle by identifying and applying the appropriate strategy and tactics. To support these the PM will conduct market research; generate product requirements; determine specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; and develop marketing strategy. The PM will help drive sales through partnership with field sales teams and/or lead sales efforts where no field sales team exists.
The prototypical candidate will possess:
BS degree or technical degree 5+ years of product management experience Marine lubricants product experience
